- Vehicle information you provide, such as EV model and battery capacity.
- Charger listings, including address, photos, availability, and pricing.
- Booking, messaging, and session data generated as you use the Service.
- Payment information handled directly by Stripe; ChargeUps never stores card numbers.
- Approximate device location, only when you use nearby search or trip planning features.
2. How we use your information
- To create your account, list chargers, and process bookings and payouts.
- To match Drivers with nearby chargers and support in-app messaging.
- To keep the platform safe, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms.
- To send transactional notifications about your bookings.
3. Sharing
We only share personal information with trusted service providers who help us run the platform, including Stripe (payments), and hosting and infrastructure providers. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Your rights
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time from your profile.
- Request a copy of your data by contacting Support.
- Close your account and we will delete or de-identify your data, subject to legal record-keeping obligations.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
